The area under the head of the femur bone and have it connected to a shaft called the femoral neck. This area can be broken by a blow like a car accident or a fall from height. In fractures without displacement, the broken parts are always fixed by three screws. In fractures with displacement, the main criteria for the choice of treatment is the patient's age. Hip replacement is the most common treatment for femoral neck fractures among elderly. The treatment of femoral neck fracture is surgery. It is important to know about previous studies conducted in this regard. Thus we aimed to review and quote the literature published before.
